1, deadline

The warranty period of Shenzhen Xray Electric Co., Ltd. products is 12 months from the date of delivery.


2. Warranty coverage

a. Shenzhen Xray Electric Co., Ltd. implements the principle of "three guarantees". When the user uses and keeps the product according to the requirements of the "Product Description and Use Manual", the product cannot work normally within one year from the date of shipment. The company repairs or replaces parts for users free of charge.

b. This product must be installed and repaired by the company’s engineers and technicians in accordance with the requirements of the contract, otherwise the quality problems will not be covered by the warranty.

c. If the product is found to be damaged, the product should be sealed, stop using it, and notify the after-sales service department of our company in time to go for maintenance. If it is a quality problem, our company is responsible for solving it.

d. The user should use the product according to the product manual provided by the company. The damage to the parts caused by the failure to use the manual is not covered by the warranty.

e. During the warranty period, the installation or addition of other devices on the company's products without the consent of the company, which causes quality problems, is not covered by the warranty.

f. After the machine is installed, please keep the warranty certificate and send the warranty receipt card to our company as required, otherwise the warranty will not be granted.


3. Response time

a. A reply must be given within 2 hours of the service call response time.

b. On-site response time, according to the distance and whether the traffic is convenient, usually arrive within 8 hours to 48 hours.

c. The engineers of the after-sales service department will try their best to arrive at the user's site as soon as possible for maintenance and treatment.


4. After the end of the "three guarantees" period, the after-sales service can be continued by renewal or other forms.

User training

1. User training is to enable users to correctly master the operation of the machine, give full play to the efficiency of the machine, and ensure the normal operation of the machine.  

2. On-site user training is the introduction of machine performance and operation methods to users during the installation process and before installation and delivery, and guide users to conduct operation training.

3. The training is guided by the engineers of Shenzhen Xray Electric Co., Ltd.
